An incoming SMS includes the sender’s cell phone number. For example, from a public advertising campaign, urging the audience to initiate a dialogue over SMS. This phone number is matched towards a database with additional address information. By doing this we get more information about the potential customer. Address information that can be supplemented is name, surname, address, company, title etc.

Example – SMS in advertising:

A news paper ad urges “receive more information in your post box by texting “info” to 71711”. The SMS, along with the sender’s phone number, is received by our SMS platform. The service matches this phone number towards a address database and supplements the cell phone number with additional information such as name and address. An SMS-confirmation can be sent to the sender which allows the sender to edit or confirm the additional address information.

The service can be configured to send the collected address information to you in the time period that you choose, i.e., daily, weekly or monthly.
