A Finnish Service Provider TeliaSonera Finland Oyj was looking for a comprehensive solution for Unified Messaging for its business customers. The goal was to offer the customers the best available technology and guaranteed system reliability. And they choose Lekab and Kofax Communication Server.

Services are offered on one platform with the name CStream. With CStream, LEKAB’s solution provides business customers with a service that integrates fax, SMS, e-mail and voice messages with an enterprise resource planning system or a business application. Over 250 companies are using the service in their daily business and over 10 million messages are going through the system every year.

Lekab and TeliaSonera are working in a very tight partnership and have a common goal to develop the CStream service to meet the customer’s needs now and in the future.
