What services do LEKAB offer for business messaging?

If you don't already have somewhere to compose, send and receive messages, we provide you with our own CPaaS platform called Web Messaging Tool. If you already have an existing software and want to start sending text messages (traditional or rich) we have a wide range of messaging APIs to integrate alongside our Gateway. If you want to take messaging to the next level, we also provide customised solutions with automation and robotic integrations.

What types of messaging channels do LEKAB support?

We support SMS, RCS, WhatsApp for Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, Viber, KakaoTalk, LINE, WeChat, Telegram, Email, Voice and CloudFax. Other channels upon request.
