Fredrik, who has a master's degree in electrical engineering at KTH and a master's degree in economics from Stockholm University, has long and broad experience from leading positions within the Electrolux Group in Stockholm, Singapore and Brussels. Among other things, Fredrik was manager for seven years of Electrolux's operations in East Asia and division manager for four years for 'product line DishCare'.

In connection with the organisational change, LEKAB's long-standing CEO Pekka Ollila is retiring.
"We want to thank Pekka Ollila for his commitment - a total of 24 years, 17 years as CEO of LEKAB. Under his leadership, the company's turnover has grown from SEK 47 MSEK in 2017 to 200 MSEK in 2022," says Fredrik Ramén.
Pekka Ollila remains a board member in LEKAB's parent company.
